If you could participate in an artist residency, regardless of cost or convenience, where would you

I would love to work in a Spanish speaking country. I love the brightly colored textiles and artwork that is shown throughout the cities. I’ve been to Mexico twice with my husband and we fell in love with the small towns. I would love to work with textiles and make outdoor installations. We loved the bright colors that covered houses and shops along the streets. I know enough Spanish to get by and it will come back once I start speaking the language again. Perhaps one day this will happen.
