This week's blog post: Find and link to a website or blog, by an artist using any media, whose online format or web design you find to be unique or especially successful to presenting his/her work. Does this give you ideas for how you might want to present your own work online? If so, what/how?
I love how this artist (BLU) made their website an interactive sketchbook. There are tabs to the left that show different categories and you can turn the pages of the book with the arrows on the bottom corners. Once you click on an image it will show a larger view. The interactive sketchbook shows work from multiple years and multiple sketchbooks. I like the playfulness of the design and how easy it is to navigate through the sketchbook/site. I definitely love the idea of this site even though it’s not as professional as other websites. It’s enjoyable to navigate and look through!
